Then he rolled out Benjie’s Munch.
He said, “I’ve always wanted something I could call mine and do something different.”
He chose to make scratch comfort food, which they call World food craft. De Los Santos would put a new spin on comfort food from around the world.
Two and a half years ago, the 57-year old paid cash for Benjie’s Munch at 1218 W Bitters Rd. His brick and mortar featured his childhood nickname, Benjie, and munch for food.
In fact, De Los Santos would give a new twist to comfort food from all over the globe. Benjie’s munch was purchased by the 57-year-old two and a quarter years ago at 1218 W Bitters Rd. The brick and mortar he used to call himself Benjie was named after his childhood nickname.
He also munched for food . In fact, De Los Santos calls his customers ‘Munchers.’ De Los Santos stated that he tries to get people to try new things every day. Enchiladas aren’t just enchiladas. Romaine lettuce and candied pecans. Some menu items weren’t a hit, he admitted. He insists that standards have been set to ensure that every meal is memorable.
